Mr. Lybrate-user kumar, first and foremost is to control blood sugar effectively. Fasting should be closer to 100 mg, pp 150 to 160 mg and hba1c% 6.8. Then exercise regularly, reduce deep fried foods, take low fat milk products, avoid organ meats, red meat, fishes can be a good choice. Take low fat milk, more of curds and butter milk. Take fiber rich creals. This will help in reducing bilirubin levels. Plus refrain from alcohol completely.
