I very frequently experience sharp pain at the center of my chest. To rule out any heart issue, let me tell you that this pain happens mostly when I eat more than my hunger. Mostly when my wife forces it to me. She considers that I eat rice in a quantity that could be considered as not enough even for a 10 years old child (half a plate :d).i think it is acidity. 2nd problem tha I want to discuss is that sometimes, when I try to speak with a little loud voice it feels me on my head. At that time my forehead seems to be having blood vessels tensed inside. Could it be a sign of high blood pressure. Adding one more thing: I very easily get irritated, specially something that repeats. Example: if I am trying to explain something to someone and he or she continuously mis-understanding me.
