Start with tens as a modality of physical therapy, medications for neuropathic symptoms like pregabalin or gabapentin in basic doses, vitamin b 12 supplementation if there is a deficiency and let me know in 2-3 weeks time how you are feeling? also tell me whether there are any symptoms with lower back region as well? do not hesitate to contact me if you need any further assistance.
