hiii Tanya thanks for asking ur query there is lit risk of negative pregnancy test. bt evry women is different, so there is chance that women's body is not producing HCG appropriately and she may pregnant - bt this is very rare if u hv followed the test direction properly, there is chance that ur nt pregnant so repeat ur test after 5 days thanku

It may be starting of menses. Congested feeling. If menses does not come take advise. After 10 days.

It is water retention before delayed periods as you are sure about pregnancy test being negative. Take less salt and fats as these retain water, take less packed foods as salt is a preservative and retains water in body. Drink more water to flush out toxins from the system by urinating more, drink green tea, lemon water as these are natural substances to counter sodium in salt. Take more potassium through amla-raw & citrus fruits like oranges & kinoo & lemons-no side effects of this home remedy. Do write back. Do not put load on legs by walking more, use all the 4 limbs -2 arms & 2 legs.
