For a week I am facing pain in my anal hole. When I toughed & feel it there is a lump coming out of the hole when I pushed it inside with a thumb it remains inside the hole but then few hours later its comes out again. After view days I used tissue to wipe anal hole there was a blood on it which scared me but its not bleeding now nor it pains but the lump is outside & seems itchy too. What is the reason of it as I never faced such situation in my life.
