Hello I am Arindam Dey Dhara age of 25 years. My height is 5.5 and weight is 75 kg I think it is over according my height and age so I want to loose some weight so Doc please help me to do so.

Hello lybrate yes your weight is more than the ideal weight for your heught and you are rightly concerned . you can start a regular exercise routine drink plenty of water around 3 lts have more protein rich food. include lot of vegetables and fruits in your diet. half a lemon with 1 tsp nof honey in warm water everyday morning instead of milk tea or black tea.
