Due to our unavoidable life style, we sleep regularly at 12 midnight and wake up between 730a. M. To 830 am. Is this habit going to cause any problem healthwise? Both of us are senior citizens, in the sixties.

As long as you are feeling fresh and energetic everyday there is nothing to worry on an average 7to 8 he's sleep is good enough for an individual unless you have some health issues.
