I am 65 years old and having sugar problems for the last 8 years took medicine zoryl 1 mg before food and diafer forte (metformin 850 mg) after food 1 tab and night 1 tab. Now in sugar glucose test before fasting 138 and after fasting 148 mg. Now the doctor prescribed only one medicine VOGS 0.2 BEFORE FOOD and no other medicine prescribed. Is it enough to decrease bood sugar level.

Finish your dinner 2 hrs before your bedtime 4. Take adequate rest, do not get tense for ease things. 5. Keep your health at your conscious level, do not panic too much by the numbers.
