I have been diagnosed with inflammation of groin tendon. The doctor has advised me bonek12 and tendonac for 3 weeks. My pain is relieved. Can I start stretching exercises?

Hi thanks for your query and welcome to lybrate. I am Dr. Akshay from fortis hospital, new delhi. If you have no pain now, you can start with gentle exercises initially for short duration of time and see how it goes, but increase your activity in short increments daily. Also it will be advisable initially to do it under supervision of a trained physical therapist but you should at least wait for 3-4 weeks to give adequate time for inflammation to subside.
