Hello you need to focus on exercise like walking or stretching for at least 20-30 mins 5 days a week along with healthy lifestyle. Avoid fried foods, sweets n carbonated beverages include foods like green tea, buttermilk, salad vegetables like onion, cucumber, kakri, carrot, cabbage, fruits like watermelon, apple, pear, lemon water.
