I used to run daily but in my knee I have problem if put some pressure on my knee it got pain otherwise normal. Pain is slightly minute but not getting over.

Hello lybrate user, - better to strengthen your joints and muscles by applying medicated oil like mahanarayana taila and give hot fomentation for 15 minutes. Do this for 10 days to come out of your pain thank you.

Hello, Hope you are suffering from knee pain during running.Have support to knees bilaterally with knee caps.Run slowly or walk only.Stiffness,pain and tenderness if seen try to massage an oil Mahamash oil and Rumatil oil.Have rest for one week you will be free from pain.OK.
