I am 53 years male and have diabetes for last 5 years. My blood sugar levels are - fasting 140 and ppe 182. I am taking allopathic medicine. What else should I do?

Your sugar levels are marginally raised than target levels (f<140, pp<180) you need to do regular exercise and dietery modification and if it still persists in this range, then addition of another drug required.
