I am an IT professional. I am not able to sleep for some days because of the work pressure from the company. I am feeling weak too. Kindly suggest me some remedies.

Take nutritional foods. Avoid spicy, fast, junk foods take simple veg food with salad. Walk slowly 1 to 2 km after dinner daily. Take sarpgandha mishran tablet 1 daily 15 minutes before going to sleep for 10 days end change sleeping habits.
