I am women, I am over weight want to loose weight please suggest me some medicine and food for weight lose. Please help me.

Dear lybrate user! to loose weight, first do not avoid any food or skip any meals. 1. Eat more fresh vegetables, fruits and nuts. 2. On waking avoid green tea, coffee, tea- eat any type of fruit. 3. For every two hours eat small food. 4. Do exercise for 40 minutes daily 5. Finish your dinner by 7pm or two hrs before bedtime. Thank you.
