I have suffered from acne vulgaris and cystic acne since teenage. I am 24.5 years now. In the earlier years I had consumed lot of isotretinoin for long course and azithromycin tablets when it was serious. But eventually I suffered from dry eyes and hairfall. Till date I am suffering from severe dry eyes and hairfall too. I prefer not to consume these medicines again as these have side effects. I am only consuming homeopathy for digestion, acidity and constipation. Earlier years the acne was due to hormonal reasons. But I am sure the acne now is due to stomach problems also could you explain me when do we understand by looking at acne for typical solutions whether one should apply erythromycin or clindamycin or adapalene or benzac or nicotinamide+clindamycin =nilac. I use nilac gel nowadays. Please help, thank you.
