Am most of the time skipped my breakfast or else I took breakfast too late then that time I skip my lunch is there any side effect or in future I'll suffer with any disease.

Skipping breakfast leads to various problems in future if not immediate. Firstly it leads to early depletion of energy levels. Secondly it leads to depletion of blood sugar levels and disrupted insulin levels. Thirdly it leads to decreased immunity in near future. Never skip breakfast and try eating meals at regular intervals.
