I am suffering with high bp since last 3 years. I am taking olmat 40. It is under control. Can I reduce the medicine to 20 mg.

Reducing the medicine has to be done under medical supervision. Reduce it to 20 mg and monitor every day for 15 days. If things are fine then fix the dose. But if there is fluctuation then go back to 40. But this has to be done under a doctor supervision only.
