My wife is pregnant for 3 months and I want to know what care should be taken for good health of her and baby. What kind of dry fruits have to eat or something like that.

Tell her to have green vegetables, fruits, milk and sprouts in daily diet. In dry fruits take 2badam, 5kaju, 1anjir, 1 akherot, 15-20 no. Kismis, that much of groundnut seeds and roasted chana. 4-5 kharek orkhajur boiled in milk. Avoid bajari, bengan, method, taj, loving (clove) and all garam masala, also avoid junk food and vasi (other day's cooked food to avoid infection.
