Some stressors are facts and are unavoidable, studies as in your case. You or for that matter anyone else too does night have the liberty to neglect or avoid studies. So you need to adapt to the stressor I learn ways of studying so that it no more remains a stress. Follow some suggestions study regularly for at least 2 hours a day.
