What can I take not to have appetite to eat. cause I feel I eat a lot and getting fatter.

You need to take a lot of healthy proteins like egg, fish, chicken, paneer, dals with lots of vegetables as salads and adding healthy fats to it like ghee, cold pressed (kachi ghani) oils, olive oil, nuts and seeds. Drink a lot of water. Eat your meals very slowly then you will get the feeling of satiety and fullness.
