Sir I am a student but I can not get my sleep properly I want to sleep but I can not,there is a tension in my mind what should I do for this coz of this I am feeling not well so please suggest me what should I do.

Relax dear. I think you should work on your intetpersonal relationships. I mean, you should have one or more good friends to share your feelings with, spend more time with your parents and siblings and also better communications with your teachers. All these networks will certainly help you reduce your anxiety and serve as a stress buffer in many issues of life.
