I have been working in IT industry since past 2 years. Now I gained too much weight and fat in stomach. I want to loose weight 10-15 kg. What diet plan should I have to follow. Also I just start some jogging and exercise.

Hi lybrate-user, suddenly you put on your weight due to your sedentary life style & continue sitting in the same position. Try to change your posture after every 1-2 hrs. It's good that you have started work out. Try to continue it even increase the time day by day. You should do some dietary modification along with regular activity. Take more vegetables & fruits.
