I run 5km and do strengthening exercises everyday, can you please suggest me a diet which can help me to reduce weight as well as keep me fit to do regular exercises and strength power.

Along with exercise you should take care of your diet. Diet is very important component which 90% control our weight. Start your day with lukewarm honey and lemon water start taking atleast 5 litres of water in a day start your every meal with lot of salad follow a reducing high protein diet consume honey water several times have sprouts too atleast once in a day.
