I am 25 year female and I used to take sleep for more than 12 hours is it any problem, I feel very low and week.

Yes even more sleep can cause weakness. 7-8 hrs sleep per day is enough. Physical weakness may be due to low haemoglobin. Get a blood test report. Tk proper diet, green vegetables n fibrous fruits. Avoid oily n spicy fat rich food. Do proper n regular excersise.
