In 31st dec 2019, while I was sleeping at night, I received a chest pain at the centre of my chest. I had consumed alcohol and 1 packet of mixture (condiments) since I was hungry as I had not taken my dinner that night. I did ecg and echo in bangalore. A very young doctor said report is normal. No heatstroke indication. And then he asked me to go for blood test. But due to time constraints, I couldn't perform a blood test then. In 2022, I did a blood test and in the report it said my thyroid level has gone down. Does it mean I received a heatstroke that night?(my face was sweating during chest pain that night in dec 2019) I haven't shown my blood test report to any cardiologist yet. But I am currently taking "thyroxine sodium tablets ip" tablets under prescription of doctors who did the blood test. My question is did I have my first heatstroke that night in dec 2019? I request an experienced cardiologist to answer my question.
