My face is thick and I want to make it thin or I must say I have girly cheeks There is very meat on my face and I just want to remove some Please suggest me what should I do?

Your bmi at 23 is quite good for your age. Therefore frankly do not worry about your face. If you still want to reduce fat from your face reduce fat in your diet. I am giving you a recipe for breakfast food. Follow it. Take 100 gms of moong or peas and sprout them, steam them so that these are soft. Eat it with home made curd. Do that three days a week. That will increase your protein level and reduce face fat if you reduce other part of your diet. Eat a lot of salad and fruits whenever you feel hungry.
