I read on the net that 5 fold, 10 fold, 20 fold, rise in values indicate towards underlying liver problems. Please help.

You should not worry at all. Because minimal rise of liver enzymes can occur due to many unimportant causes like heavy meal or fatty meal, stress etc. Not to get worried.
