This is report of usg abdomen of my dad- there is presence of 6.4*5.5*2.5 cm sized hypo echoic lesion noted in left rectus abdominis, similar lesion of 11.5*7.9*4 cm size noted in below umbilicus in left rectus abdominis muscle. Doctor has advised for surgery but at the age of 80, we are not comfortable with surgery. My dad is perfectly fine and don't have any adverse effect due to this. We would like to know can this be cured naturally at time passes.

Just sonography finding can not decide what he has. Medical history, examination and reports including others can decide so best is to take another opinion from another surgeon.
