Reduce the morning dose of insulin to 30 units. Take tab voglinorm 0.3 mg along with food thrice a day. Measure your blood sugar levels with a glucometer before & 2 hours after each major meal (ie, a total of 6 readings). Also try to measure your blood sugar levels when you have symptoms like sweating & uneasiness. We can then decide.
