I am having high blood pressure about 140/95 What are suggestions to get it normal without medicine.

Try meditation, morning and evening brisk walking for at least 30 minutes regularly. Reduce salt intake. Keep record of bp atleast every week. If smoking, stop smoking. Or taking tobacco in any form. Must stop taking it. If obese try to reduce weight. Eat lot of green vegetable. Try for three month if bp not controlled. Consult for starting medicine.
