My wife post delivery facing a issue of piles like situation, she is taking cremaffin plus and loose laxative but they r not working. Thn smooth cream and anovate also used bt still it's painful and bleeding is going on during stool passing. please advice the specialist who can check this problem also advise if anything we can use as a home remedy for speedy recovery.
