Ideal Dinacharya from morning till bed encompassing very basic details for morning drink, exercise I flexing at home or yoga or either Gym etc. After that about breakfast, mid meal, lunch and evening items and then dinner. Which vegetables/ fruits as per season should i consume and it's quantity?

In fruits - take apple, watermelon, mango, papaya and anything that is in this seasons. You should have 5 different types of fruits everyday. In vegetables - green leafy vegetables like spinach and vegetables like ghiya, tyori, ladyfinger, mushrooms, capsicum etc. You should again have 5 diff types of vegetables throughout the day.
