You might have gained 20 kilos but you don't need to loose all the twenty kilos. You should target loosing not more than ten kgs. It seems you were really slim. Suddenly gained weight looks out of proportion and body looks wierd. -start with a healthy and nutritious diet. -avoid fats and foods high in cals. -move around when working, take small breaks. -avoid sitting and eating. Switch from tea/coffee to sugar free green tea -work out, do anything, yoga/running/cycling/push ups but work out for atkeast 45 minutes everyday. -when you start loosing weight, then start lifting weights, not from day 1.
