I am 58 years oid, weight 92 Kgs, Height 178CM. I go for morning walk daily for 5 Kms. Occasionally I swim in the evening. I have BP but is under control. For that I take ESLO 2.5mg in the morning. I am strict vegetarian (not even garlic and onions. I have been constantly trying to reduce my weight. Pls advise. Regards CASudhakar Mishra.

If you are a vegetarian you must make changes in diet. Avoid curd, paneer, ghee etc. Avoid heavy sweets esp milk made sweets, pastries, ice creams and chocolates. Reduce rice and add wheat products in food. Drink always luke warm water.

Take green tea 2 cups daily. Take triphla churn 5 gm daily at night with water. Ayurvedic medicine has good results. Avoid fast fried n oily food. Take liquids in sufficient quantity. Reduce the sugar intake. Make calory chart.
