I am 18 years old boy. I am not getting perfect sleep from 7 days due to studies. I want ro sleep but I am not able to. Please suggest me what to do? Will this thing affect me in future?

Do not worry. During study tension this may occur. Avoid tea and coffee. Drink warm milk. Go for 1/2 hour fast walk in evening time before dinner- it will boost your mental power to study. No day time sleep. Do not think more.
