I'm a non vegetarian so usually my body temperature will be high but now I have converted myself to vegetarian for reducing my body temperature but still I can't able to reduce it. Is there any solution?
To lower down body heat- * drink 10 ml gulab jal twice a day with a glass of water.
* do not eat non veg (chicken, eggs), peanuts (moong fali), dry fruits especially kashew (kaju).
* drink upto 2-3 liters of water everyday.
* practice sheetali pranayan in the morning for 5-8 minutes.
