So my question is: What simple things we can do daily to keep ourselves fit and healthy?

One have to do yoga every day specially suryanamaskara.
The scheduled diet according to season is also necessary.
The rasayan therapy (rejuvenation therapy) of ayurveda should maintain ones health. But for that it is necessory to know ones prakriti.
