“PROTIEN RICH DIET” Veg: Dhal, soya beans, mushrooms, sprouts etc
Non Veg: Egg whites, Fish, Chicken (non fried items)
Dry fruits – (Almonds 5-6 (badam), Dates (3-4), Walnuts (1-2), Raisins (kishmish)) majority of dry fruits are good for health & hair especially.
Fresh Fruits - Green grapes with seeds (please crush seeds along with grapes while consuming) and Skin of Green Apple.
Vegetables - Green Leafy Vegetables.
