Hello lybrate-user is this for you or an elderly person in your family. As bleeding from nose in elderly is secondary to high blood pressure. If it's for you than nose bleeding for some people during summer occurs due to constant exposure to heat air to nasal mucosal lining which fries and forms crusts which when plucked leads to bleeding. Blood vessels inside the nose over the centre partition open up due to excessive heat leading to nasal bleed. Jus do not panic. Pinch the nose for 3-4 min. Breathe through mouth. After 5 min apply cold ice pack over nose. This first aid will stop bleeding.
