I am practise for marathon daily so I loosing my wait because of running so what should I do for this?

Marathon running is known to reduce muscle mass as to run for a longer distance your body is trying to optimise energy consumption. Lesser muscle mass means less energy requirement. If you do not want to loose weight you need to do weight training in between and eat lots of protein.
