No, masturbation has nothing to do with blindness. This is a myth revolving around teens from a very long time but there is no reality in this. Vigorous sexual activity can cause few injuries sometimes bit it is due to the excessive force that is involved behind it. Go easy while masturbating especially when you are about to reach orgasm to avoid any accidents.
