My father is suffering from heart disease. His heart is working only 24%. We did some tests echo n angiography. He smokes. But now from few days he is not smoking. Can you plzzz suggest that tht can really help my father.

How can a doctor or a relative or a friend help a person who doesn't want to help himself. By smoking he has destroyed his heart and lungs and passed on second hand smoke to his near and dear ones. Tell him politely that besides stopping smoking he has to take extra care about diet with minimum salt and fats and do restricted exercise, remain cheerful and occupied.
