I have pcos and prescribed with metformin, fertab prenatal and duphaston. I had duphaston for five days morning and evening. I haven't received my periods yet as it is 10 days from the day of last dose of duphaston. How long will it take periods to come. This is my third month as soon as I stop the duphaston I will get periods the next day. This month it's been ten days. Should I take upt?

If you have been sexually active, do the upt. If negative, get an ultrasound to look at the endometrial thickness. Continue lifestyle modifications of diet and exercise.
