Your ideal weight is 60 kgs. You need to workout for 30 to 40 min daily. Skipping jogging or brisk walking and cardio aerobics. And in diet avoid eating outside, fried snacks nd sweets. Have short frequent feeds.

Hello lybrate-user WEIGHT LOSS DIET Things to be followed 1. No salt intake after 7: 30 am 2. No aerated drinks. Even Liquor too. 3. Restrict mango and banana. 4. Restrict potato and rice. 5. No artificial juices. 6. Half an hour aerobic exercise daily. Joining a gym for workout will be a better option. 7.20 mins of breathing exercise (pranayam). 8. Avoid Rajmah, Channa, Peas, Mushroom, Gobi, Pumpkin, Leafy vegetables, Capsicum, Paneer, Cheese, Curd, Non Veg, Maida related items (like Bread, bun, pizza, burger etc), Deep fried and spicy food, Sweets, Sugar, carbohydrate rich fruits like apple, Sapota, Banana etc. 9. Avoid rice intake in the morning and strictly in the night. 10. Avoid intake of refrigerated food in the morning, prepared previous night. 11. This week you can lose up to 0.9 kgs Week 3 6: 30 am ? 10 ml of Karela, amla juice with 1 glass of luke warm water. 7: 30 am ? ginger tea/ green tea. 9: 00 am ? salted and flavoured Green gram gruel or Rava gruel semi liquid consistency 200 ml. 11: 30 am ? four cucumber slices. 1: 30 pm ?one bowl allowed veg or fruit salad, 2 chappati and vegetable dal. 5: 00 pm ? 1cup of milk/ ginger tea, green tea or 1bowl popcorn (air popped popcorns without the butter) 8: 30 pm ?1 bowl broken wheat with rasam or dal, 1 cup buttermilk. Week 4 6: 30 am ? Triphala ras 10 ml with 1 glass warm water. 7: 30 am ? ginger tea/ green tea. 9: 00 am ? 1 glass Broken wheat gruel 11: 30 am ? one bowl veg salad. 1: 30 pm ? 1 bowl broken wheat with rasam, 1 cup buttermilk. 5: 00 pm ? 1cup 8: 30pm _ three dry chapati with dal 1 cup buttermilk. You will reduce up to 2 kilos. Follow the same for 4 months and reduce naturally.

You have to make effort to lose wt gradually over a period of time.
