I feel burning sensation after and before urination and sometimes in the middle of the night while sleeping i'd feel a sudden sharp pain in my penis and after urination, the pain might go itself after 10-15 minutes, i'm drinking at least 4l of water minimum everyday. A previous month too I had the same problem and got urine examination test and pus cells were there but after a week pus cells were normal again and after some days the burning sensation also started to fade away but now again i've started feeling the same. I've also got abdomen usg done and there were no signs of any renal calculi. What could be the possible reason of this? Moreover this all i've stopped after i've stopped masturbating, before this I used to masturbate a lot but then I decided to stop it and after that only i've started feeling this pain.
