There are lots of protein supplements available in market but, in my advice do not use these supplement or any medication for building body, as these are very harmful for the body. Just take diet full of carbohydrate and protien (like- milk, egg, meat, pulses, daal, rajma, chhola, rice). Just take these food in which milk is soo much necessary.
