Dear you can do these things to keep urself healthy- *stay hydrated drink plenty of water. *drink coconut water, chhach, bel sharbat, lassi, shikanji, aam panna these drinks maintain electrolyte balance in the body. *avoid or limit intake of tea coffee cold drinks these are dehydrating. *eat water rich fruits like melons and other seasonal fruits. *if possible have vegetable juice.
