I have some problem with me my weight is too high then I start Dwighting before 2 weeks but my weight is no low then give me answers.

Go for brisk walk 45 minute daily. Take 3 cup green tea daily (jasmine flavour). Have diet rich in fruits vegetable salads & multigrain aata roti avoid rice, deserts, and fried stuffed. Drink 2-3 liters water in a day. after follow these steps if your weight remain same. it means there is some hormonal imbalance you have to go for some medical test i.e thyroid profile. insulin fasting insulin pp. going through these reports i can recommend your diet
