I eat 3 porottas one time in a day in single week with vegetable curry (at night, between 7: 30 pm to 8 pm). Then in sundays 5 breads with green peas in morning only. Can anyone tell that is there a problem with this diet. Since I stay in hostel and these are hostel foods.

as far as your case is concern you should take NATURAMORE PLUS and unicity chlorophyll and wompro along with this you should take healthy diet like-soaked dry fruits,nuts,potato,rajma,jaggery,sesame,curd,paneer,pure ghee,rice etc. always remember that without proper exercises your food will never digest, so daily exercise is mandatory.
