Hello, to start with, you 1st need to find out the root cause of you feeling nervous. It genrally happens to people who fel that they are incapable compared to others. They may feel that they have not worked enough for the presntation. They may feel that something is bound to go wrong. If so. Try positve phrases. Telling your self repeated positive statements like, I can do better. I have done well before, I shall do it again. I am just nervos. I am good at my work. Prepare yourself very well. Try gaining more confidence by speaking to may strangers often and feeling confident about the conversation. Etc.
